A reputable financial company needs the services of qualified personnel for the following position:- DBS Supervisor (Head of Liability Team)

Job Purpose:

•   To supervise the mobilization of savings/deposits from micro, small and medium scale enterprises with the provision of reliable, quality and timely service
•   To facilitate biometric registration of deposit clients and enhance their savings capability through education and reconciliation of their transactions
•   To visit customers with a view of matching our products with their needs and to recommend to management other products that may be requested by customers

Key Responsibilities:

•   Grow the client base, deposits and cross selling of our products
•   Ensure compliance of operational and risk management, internal control and regulatory policies
•   Field visits to clients, whilst giving them assurance of our brand with a choice of excellent customer service through regular reconciliation of their deposits
•   Build organisational capacity to support growth in operations and strategy

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must possess a minimum of an HND in Marketing, Social Science or any business related course
•   Should have worked in a marketing background
