Job Vacancy For Customer Service Officer
A reputable financial company needs the services of qualified personnel for the following position:- Customer Service Officer
Job Purpose:
• Responsible for responding to customer inquiries via telephone and face-to-face meetings. You are also to ensuring quality assurance in the branch in terms of service and appearance
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with routine account related requests
• Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other company departments when necessary
• Cross-sell company products and services based on customer needs, in accordance with the company's program standards
• Attend to customer inquiries and find solutions to their needs
Qualification Required & Experience
• Holder of this position must possess a first degree in social sciences
• Must have worked in a similar position for at least 1 year in a financial institution
