The School is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced Director of Finance and Business to head its finance department and operational services.  The post holder will report directly to the Head of School and will have the primary responsibility of managing the schools financial obligations and assets.

Qualification Required & Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and experience:

Qualifications:

•   Certified Accountant (C.A. Ghana, ACCA or CIMA)
•   Master’s degree in either Finance or Business Management

Experience

•   Minimum of 7 years finance and senior management experience  in an organization of a similar size
•   A proven track record of successfully creating, operating and managing strategic financial plans in an organization of similar size
•   Proven experience in developing electronic financial data management systems.
•   Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills; ability to lead collaboratively; flexible, creative thinker
•   Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral communications

The compensation package for the position is competitive; salary will depend on relevant experience and qualifications.
