POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
To manage the branch to ensure its efficiency and profitability

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

•   Oversee overall working of branch and administer all branch operations.
•   Ensure that the branch meets its sales and collections targets regularly
•   Plan and lead execution of sales campaigns at the branch
•   Monitor branch performance and report on same daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
•   Develop and maintain good professional relationship with all existing and new customers.
•   Supervise sales executives attached to the branch
•   Manage stock level of the branch and request for stock at designated re-order level
•   Ensure compliance to all policies and procedures of the organization pertaining to the management of the branch

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A first degree or HND in marketing with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

•   Good interpersonal and Communication skills
•   Ability to supervise and manage people
•   Ability to persuade and negotiate
•   Good selling and reporting skills
•   Knowledge in Microsoft word, excel, power point, e-mail, etc.

Location: Accra, Ho, Hohoe and Nkawkaw
