A leading player in the Savings & Loans and Micro-finance Industry, requires experienced and suitably qualified Ghanaians for the position of a Credit Manager

Job Title: Credit Manager

Duties & Responsibilities shall include but not limited to

•   Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s credit Operation’s Plans
•   Assist in establishing and implementing quality Credit Operations Standards which comply with banking regulations and respond to internal and external clients inquiries, and issues related to loans, and all other new banking services
•   In liaison with the Finance department, set an annual overall revenue and overhead budget and targets for credit operations

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications. A master degree in Finance would be an added advantage
•   Minimum 6 years overall relevant working experience
•   A minimum 5 years at a senior credit management position
