A leading player in the Savings & Loans and Micro-finance Industry, requires experienced and suitably qualified Ghanaians for the position of a Chief Finance Officer

Job Title: Chief Finance Officer

Reporting directly to the CEO, Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to

•   Coordinate the day to day finance, treasury and accounting functions of the company
•   Implementation of the Finance strategy, performance objectives, operational plan, policies and procedures relating to financial management of the company
•   Assist in setting annual, quarterly, and monthly financial plan and accounting program based on the organisation’s business plan and priorities
•   Supervise and participates in the preparation of various financial statements
•   Direct the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution and cost management functions of the company

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must be a Chartered Accountant with Masters degree in Finance
•   A minimum of 8 years’s experience in a similar position in a saving and Loans/Microfinance or Commercial Banking institution
