A reputable and leading financial institution in Ghana is seeking for qualified talents to fill the following position:- Head of Business Banking

The Head Business Banking will develop the SME banking portfolio of the bank and manage and direct a team to ensure the development of a robust efficient solution oriented and profitable SME team and portfolio for the bank.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of first degree or equivalent professional qualification
•   7 - 10 years of experience in banking locally
•   Excellent knowledge of the SME market local
•   Excellent understanding of economic climate, trade finance, business acquisition and portfolio management
•   Considerable knowledge/understanding of credit policies/procedures and other related regulatory requirements
