A reputable Micro-finance company is seeking for suitably qualified and experienced individuals who are focused, results-oriented and team driven to fill 4 distinct position as follow:- Credit Administration Manager

Job Description

•   Supervises and monitors the daily activities of the supervisors and Loan Officers
•   Conduct loan appraisal using credit scoring tools
•   Conducts training needs assessments of loan officers and accordingly organize training to them where necessary
•   Review legal documents and security files of approved loans and ensures their safekeeping
•   Ensures 100% on-time collection

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Degree in Accounting / Banking & Finance, Statistics / Economics / Mathematics Plus Part III of ACIB
•   3 to 5 years working experience

Location: Accra
