Our client, a reputable Investment Company (franchise) provides a platform for Waste Management Services Provider (franchisee) to enrol for the supply of logistics, training,  etc to enhance the delivery of waste management services to all its stakeholders. The company seeks to recruit the best and right calibre of applicants for the following vacancy:- IT Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and development of robust and dynamic software applications, infrastructural and data management systems to track/monitor service delivery to meet the company's business mandate and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

•   Develop strategies, policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work plan, operating manuals and other support systems including monitoring mechanism in managing the IT function to achieve targeted objectives
•   Develop IT governance mechanisms in managing the IT function to achieve targeted objectives
•   Develop and maintain comprehensive and effective system of Revenue Assurance (RA) controls and recording mechanisms
•   Develop functional requirements and technical specifications to support the acquisition / purchasing of hardware and other peripherals to meet the company's current and future IT needs.
•   Lead and direct a Team of expertise in the design, development and execution of effective and timely enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plans
•   Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrades of hardware, software and other peripherals in an efficient and effective manager to facilitate business operations
•   Develop a robust and dynamic database/tracking management solutions to track and monitor operations of service providers to meet operational requirement
•   Assess and communicate risks associated with technology-related investments and purchases
•   Prepare comprehensive performance reports to facilitate Management decision making

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Master degree or equivalent professional qualification in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
•   Must be a member of a recognized professional body in IT with Seven (7) years relevant working experience with at least 3 years in senior officer position.
