The MSME Manager shall administer and monitor the Bank's MSME programmes

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Responsible for overall MSME administration at the Bank
•   Develop and implement MSME strategic plan and programmes to promote and sustain MSME banking operations.
•   Assist in drawing-up budget and the plans to assess the resource technical and financial needs of MSME Clientele
•   Develop effective Management information system for MSME lending.
•   Evaluate MSME lending proposals under the framework of proper risk identification, measurement and mitigation.
•   To develop and implement Non-financial services for the MSMEs clientele

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First Degree in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Administration, Accounting or equivalence
•   MBA in related field will be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE

•   Minimum of five (5) years working experience in MSME Management.

SKILLS

•   Strong business development and entrepreneurship skills
•   Solid foundation in Project and Business Management
•   Understand the concept of MSME lending in rural banking environment.
•   Understand and implement the concept of Social Entrepreneurship.
•   Have Knowledge and Skills in Business Development Service (BDS) and Capacity Building for MSME's

MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING LEADERSHIP QUALITIES:

•   Honesty and exhibit high sense of integrity, commitment, professionalism, effective communication, astute, resilient to stress, an achiever and customer-oriented

AGE LIMIT: Not more than 45 years
