A reputable educational institution in Accra has a vacancy for the position of:- Head-Master / Mistress / Supervisor Of Studies

Objective of Position:

•   Supervision of effective teaching and learning
•   Maintaining of high academic standards in the school
•   Offering of professional and managerial support to the School Manager.
•   Exhibit professional knowledge in GES Basic School Curriculum

Duties and Responsibility

•   Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of teaching in the academic department of the school.
•   Vet and evaluate teachers output of work at the end of each week/term, and handle all class assessment of all teaching staff
•   Implement strategies aimed at achieving high academic standards/targets to reflect the vision and image of the organization
•   Assist the Academic Affairs Coordinator in reviewing teaching methodology, aids, skills, etc to achieve set targets.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor of education degree
•   Minimum of 10 years experience from the educational sector at management level
•   Strong digital literacy (ICT) skills required
