Key Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of the Manager, Private Banking will include but not be limited to the following areas:

•  Managing a group of Private Banking Relationship Managers
•  Relationship management, business development, presentation, coaching
•  Drive results while positioning the Private Banking Team as trusted, client-focused advisors.
•  Ensure the successful intergration, sale and delivery of deposit products, loans and fee based services
•  Coach for and deliver a high level of personalized, attentive service that clients perceive as outstanding
•  Establish and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships with centers of influence to enhance business development
•  Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain a private client base through analyzing needs and proactively implementing/monitoring solutions to meet needs
•  Generate revenue through referrals to other lines of business to include mortgage and treasury services

Requirements

•  A relevant first degree in Business administration Bank and Finance, Accounting or any other social sciences
•  MBA in Finance / Ecomomics / banking with a minimum of ten(10) years experience in a financial sales and/or banking sales role where acquiring and managing relationships has been critical success
•  Demonstrated management experience
•  Excellent time management skills
•  Must possess a high sense of integrity
•  Excellent written, Verbal and presentation skills
•  Strong interpersonal, sales and relationship management skills
•  Understanding of retail credit and traditional retail bank products for the affluent market
•  Solid understanding of wealth management and services
