Summary of Job Description

•   To identify and train Micro Finance in Credit and Savings Methodology
•   To effectively manage Micro Finance Groups
•   To supervise Group Loan Repayment

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Higher National Diploma (HND) or Certificate in Agriculture, Diploma in Community Development, Diploma in Business Studies (DBS) or an equivalent qualification

•   Must be computer literate
•   Ability to ride a motor bike for long distance is a key requirement with valid motor riding license
•   Should be able to express himself/herself in the Akan(Twi) Language
•   Age Limit 35 years
•   A year's experience in working as a Microfinance Field Officer
