Job Vacancy For HR Manager
An automobile company which is under extensive restructuring is looking to hire the services fo the under-mentioned persons to take up key responsibilities.
Roles and Responsibilities
The person must be able to:
• Develop and implement effective manpower strategies to improve people management
• Develop HR policies and procedures and ensure these are adhered to
• Manage the recruitment and selection processes
• Develop skills and capabilities of staff and training
• Manage talent and succession planning
• Maintenance of staff records
• Manage the staff performance management system
• Managing health and safety, discipline and grievance
• Management of the payroll
Qualification Required & Experience
• University degree required, MBA will be an added advantage
• At least 5 years hands-on and professional experience in managerial role
• Should be more than 45 years
Skills / Competencies Required
The person must have/be:
• An effective communicator
• Good time management skills
• Self motivated, independent
• Demonstrate sound work ethic, maintain high standards of conduct, high integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of information
