Job Vacancy For Head of Finance & Administration



An automobile company which is under extensive restructuring is looking to hire the services for the under-mentioned persons to take up key responsibilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

The person must be able to:

•   Provide leadership to and monitor the performance of the finance and administration team
•   Preparation of financial and operational information and reports including budget reports, financial statements, variance analysis and required supplementary information so as to maintain financial controls
•   Analyze and interprete financial and operating actions and recommend policies and procedures
•   Performance of research on various financial and operating issues
•   Preparation of budgets and forecasting models
•   Operate accounting and financial software applications and systems in projects for better utilization of systems and resources.
•   Ensure maximum return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, recommend process improvements and effective internal control systems

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting with professional qualification in accounting or it's equivalent. Master's degree will be an added advantage
•   At least 5 years post qualifying experience in Corporate Finance or Accounting with advanced Excel or Power Point skills
•   Should be more than 45 years
