Job Vacancy For Manager Of Branch Operations At UT Bank Ltd

Key Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities for the manager branch operations will include but will not be limited to the following:
• Ensure compliance with Banking rules, regulations & procedures
• Ensure that branches operate in accordance to the Bank's operations Manual
• Monitor progress and performance in all areas of branch at all levels
• Provide direction to branch operations issues
• Promote activities, processes and products which enhance the Bank's image with its clients
• Ensure high quality customer service & customer relationship management
• Ensure that errors are minimized with respect to branch operations
• Ensure that internal control measures are properly followed
• Ensure that security systems function effectively
• Ensure performance evaluation of objectives and targets sets for the branches & staff members, explain variance and find corrective measures for implementation.
Required Qualifications:
• A relevant first degree in Business Administration Banking and Finance, Accounting or any other Social sciences
• Possession of any other relevant MBA or post graduate qualification will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 7 years experiecne in banking operations.
• Sound written & verbal communication skills
• Must possess a high sense of intergrity
• Must be computer literate
• Strong analytical and disciplined approach to documenting processes
