Job Vacancy For Customer Care / Marketing Officer
A reputable Savings & Loans company is seeking to recruit a suitable qualified Ghanaian for the following position:- Customer Care / Marketing Officer
The Role
The job holder will provide a positive contact between the public and bank sales and service personnel and initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
• Acts as the first point of contact of all clients and visitors providing a professional and friendly service as well as delivering an exceptional first impression by answering inquires and resolving complaints
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements
• Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the customer care experience
• Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests
• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designed departments for further investigation.
Qualification Required & Experience
• A relevant Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline required
• 2 years progressive customer service or direct marketing experience
• Pleasant disposition which gives a positive image of the company to customers and prospects is a must
• Good communications skills and interpersonal skills
• Good organization and planning skills
• Ability to listen, active problem solving skills and able to handle pressure
