Job Vacancy For Human Resource & Administrative Supervisor At Waste Landfills Company Limited



Reporting to the General Manager, this individual will be responsible for the human resource management and administrative function within the organization.

He/She will:

•   Assist in the development of Policies, Procedures, Plans and Systems that will ensure the effective achievement of the organization's mission
•   Be the focal point for all human resource and administration activities in the organization including recruitment,orientation, staff development, records management, performance management, reward management, industrial relations, succession planning training and development, office management and general administration.
•   Participate in the developmen of the Human Resource policies and plans.
•   Provide support in implementation of approved HR policies; standards operating procedures (SOPs), work plans and other monitoring mechanisms in managing the Human Resource activities and reporting on HR and administration activities and performance..
•   Provide advice to management and staff on Human resource and administration issues.
•   Be responsible for all administration and support services.

Qualification Required & Experience

The preferred candidate will have:

•   A University degree in Human Resource, Social Sciences or Humanities plus five years relevant post graduation experience preferably in a waste management or related establishment.
•   Membership of a recognized professional body will be an advantage.
•   Excellent interpersonal, communication, reporting and presentation skills, computer, administrative and organizational skills
•   Character of Integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
•   Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
