A leading Non-Bank Financial Institution is looking for dynamic and results oriented hands-on professionals to fill the following position:- Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator

The successful candidate shall be responsible for developing suitable products and implementing the sales and marketing strategies of the company to ensure the maximization of business volume.

Key Responsibilities

•   To organize, manage and control the daily activities of marketing officers and field officers.
•   Identify specific market segment, conduct presentation of the company's products and service with the view of prospecting for deposit clients.
•   Develop and implement deposit mobilization strategies as well as relationship management strategies as outlined in the sales and marketing plan of the company to grow deposits
•   conduct market surveys periodically to ensure detailed competitor analysis to enable the company strategically position itself to increase its market share.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good first degree in any business related discipline
•   At least 5 years working experience in a similar role

Age Range: Between 30 and 45 years
