Job Vacancy For Human Resource Manager
A leading Non-Bank Financial Institution is looking for dynamic and results oriented hands-on professionals to fill the following position:- Human Resource Manager
Responsible for the provision of strategic and operational human resource functions and delivering world class HR solution that improves the business, employee performance and builds management capability. (s)He will be required to facilitate best practice HR policies & procedures to the company and will also perform general HR function which will encompass Human Resource Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, Benefits and Compensation, employee engagement as well as Talent Management and Development.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement an annual agenda for the Human Resource Strategy of the company
• Maintain close contact with all branches and Line Managers across the company to ensure excellent management of day to day human resource issues.
• Must be the first point of contact for all HR related queries and requests which include pay, contracts, new starters, training etc.
• Support in the implementation and management of a performance management policy, coaching supporting line managers in the fulfillment of their people management roles.
• Manage the provision of training and competence management services of align training and develop business needs
• Manage recruitment and all HR planning tasks within the company
• Facilitate compensation and benefit process and administration
Qualification Required & Experience
• A good first degree in human resource or related discipline. An MBA in Human Resource will be an added advantage
• At least 8 years working experience in a similar role
Age Range: Between 35 and 45 years
