Job Vacancy For Premium Administrator



Job Purpose:

Provides leadership to the Premium Administration team. Coordinate the effective execution of departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

•   Provides leadership to the Premium Administration team. Coordinate the effective execution of departmental goals.
•   Responsible for supervision of the premium administration unit
•   Responsible for all departmental activities-Renewals, lapse, reinstatement, paid-up reports
•   Liaise between the company and CAGD, Banks and Institutions for premium collection
•   Generate a report of debtors for premium collection unit to retrieve premiums
•   Reconcile at the end of the day premiums that has been captured and produce a report
•   Reconciliation of premiums with accounts weekly

Reports to: Head, Operations

Qualification Required & Experience

•   University degree or advanced professional qualification from a recognized institution; in Business Management, or Insurance.
•   At least 5 years practical experience
•   Must be computer literate
•   Professional qualification ACII will be an added advantage
•   Must be innovative
