Sandvik Mining and Construction Ghana Ltd is a company that markets a broad range of services utilized in the mining and construction industry and it is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sandvik Ab, a company listed on the Stockholm stock exchange.

Purpose of Job:

To drive profitable sales of Sandvik Components and Parts within West Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

•   Lead sales management  team towards achieving all set KPIs.
•   Provide competitor analysis (offering, performance, pricing, market share) and implementing required actions
•   Manage parts sales and contracts in conjunction with account management
•   Create customer value proposition to proactively create business opportunities for Sandvik
•   Recruit, retain and develop sales team and establish relevant succession plans
•   Position is based in Pakyi No. 1 near Kumasi but  would require extensive travel, especially within West Africa

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Professional qualifications in business desirable.
•   Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar role is required.
•   Exposure to international markets, particularly in remote challenging  environments is added advantage.
•   French language skills would be highly regarded
