Job Vacancy For Field Deposit Mobilization Officer
Reporting to the Branch Supervisor the FDMO is responsible for collection of cash from customers on the field and opening of deposit accounts on their behalf.
Key Accountabilities
• Open accounts for customers on the field
• Collect money from customers on daily basis and make sure cash collected is safely deposited in their accounts
• Sell company products and services to prospective customers
• Keep accurate records of all customer accounts.
Qualification Required & Experience
Formal Education and Certification
• HND, SSSCE or any equivalent relevant qualification.
Knowledge and Experience
• 2 years relevant experience in sales, preferably in a busy microfinance environment
Competencies Required (Skills & Abilities)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to think through and analyze issues well
• Must be results oriented
• Must be customer service oriented and have commercial awareness
• Must have time management and problem solving abilities
