Purpose of the job:

To support marketing operations by collecting data, formatting it and reporting information and materials.

Duties and responsibilities

•   Regularly visit the market to prospect for new customers
•   Get in depth knowledge of the company’s products, marketing policies and strategies and use them in making sales presentation
•   Conduct marketing research; identify your competitors, their products and marketing strategies and report on the industry trends
•   Manage customer relationship database and report on any major change in customer behavior
•   Register customer complaints and report to management
•   Suggest new initiatives and contribute ideas in improving the marketing operations

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Be bachelor degree holder in marketing
•   Have 2 years working experience in marketing preferably with a trading company
•   Possess analytical and financial skills
•   Ability to speak French is an advantage
