An automobile company which is under extensive  restructuring is looking to hire the services of the  under-listed persons to take up key responsibilities.

The person will assist customers in selecting products, answer their questions about the products and about any other thing concerning the organization. He/she must be the reason clients, customers or buyers may either be satisfied or not by offering quality service.

Duties includes:

•   Receiving the customers in a pleasant way
•   Attending to each and every customer
•   Helping the customer in identification of his/her needs
•   Displaying required products
•   Giving demonstrates where necessary
•   Making promotions for the products
•   Handling bargain situations
•   Handling credit situation
•   Making the customer aware of new offers, discounts, schemes etc.
•   Making effective and pleasant communication with the customer
•   Listening to the customer
•   Making the customer aware of the practical use of products
•   Assessing the preferences of the customers
•   Recognizing the frequent customers and their buying behavior
•   Communicating favorable image of the organisation as a whole

Qualification Required & Experience

•   1st degree in Sales and Marketing
•   3 years working experience in similar role
•   Knowledge in French is an added advantage
•   Confident, presentable and energetic
•   Must have a good communication skill
•   A good team player
•   Must be between 25 to 30 years
