Job Vacancy For Branch / Agency Manager



Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ghanaians for the position of:- Branch / Agency Manager

Role / Responsibilities

•   Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch
•   Coordinate and control operational activities between Head Office and the Branch
•   To implement operational policies of the Bank
•   To spearhead an effective deposit mobilization for the Bank
•   To offer financial solutions to maintain existing borrowers as well
•   To ensure that credit proposals are properly appraised and structured, with appropriate covenants and conditions

1) To ensure returns to the Central Bank and other statutory bodies are prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
2) To submission of returns on sales targets

•   To manage business and high net-worth accounts of the Bank
•   To perform any other jobs assigned by management

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good first degree or ACIB or equivalent qualification plus a minimum of 5 years banking experience with rich experience in Branch Management.

Required Skills and Experience

•   Sound knowledge of Banking
•   Excellent management, entrepreneurial and administrative skills
•   Very good working knowledge of Microsoft office suit
•   High sense of responsibility and result oriented working attitude
•   Good interpersonal skills
•   Customer and business focused
•   Ability to create and identify innovative solutions
•   Excellent oral and written communication skills
•   Leadership and teamwork skills
•   Ability to work to tight deadlines

Age Limit: Minimum age limit must be 35 years
