A fast-growing fully owned Ghanaian company dealing in the marketing and sales of consumer electronics urgently requires the services of a General Manager to take the company to the next level of growth which will include, among other key targets:

•   New corporate identity
•   Expansion into strategic locations in Africa
•   Assembling of products in Ghana in the next two years (2016)

Qualification Required & Experience

Key personality requirements for the successful candidate include:

•   A postgraduate and / or professional marketing qualification
•   Strong leadership skills and proven record of success in leading sales / marketing teams
•   Experience in sales / marketing of home appliances (will be an advantage)
•   Strong people and communication skills
•   Evidence of capacity for strategic thinking, planning and implementation
•   Should be between 30 - 40 years
•   Proven ICT ability particularly for advanced database management/presentation/ e-commerce Reasonable   appreciation of  finance &  accounting,   as  well   as   logistics   & procurement
•   Knowledge of and experience in warehouse management
•   Valid driving licence
