The position entails the provision of reliable financial and non- financial information by providing key measures to improving the performance of respective activities within the company.

The position holder also advises Management with respect to investments and also puts in place the necessary strategies and tools to minimize the operational costs of the company.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

•   MA1: Ensure the company activities performance analysis
•   MA2: Ensure the budget establishment
•   MA3: Ensure the budgetary control analysis
•   MA4: Implement reporting and studies for management

Qualification Required & Experience

Education

•   Minimum of First Degree in Accounting  or First Degree in Finance / Administration / Commerce with Emphasis in Accounting from an accredited University
•   Minimum of ICA ( Part 2) or ACCA Foundation ( Level 2)
•   Professional Qualification in Auditing is an added advantage

Experience

•   Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience

Skills and competence

•   Advanced computer skills i.e., Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and accounting softwares
•   Self-confidence to take initiatives
•   Strong communication and presentation skills
•   Very proactive, innovative and analytical
•   Conscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality of work
•   Technical Accounting Expertise and ability to analyse, organise, summarise and articulate complex financial information
•   Attention to detail
•   Responsive team player with ability to quickly prioritize among numerous pressing tasks
•   Working Knowledge in French is an added advantage
