Job Title: Personal Assistant To General Manager

Responsibilities / Requirements

•   Preparation of quotes for our customers
•   Preparation of invoices, Placing orders with suppliers and follow up
•   General Secretarial duties
•   Coordination of activities at the divisional level
•   Preparation of document contracts and tenders
•   Clearing of consignments from Airport/Port
•   General Administrative duties
•   Any other duties as assigned

Qualification Required & Experience

Attributes and Qualification

•   A recognised qualification (HND minimum) in secretariat or administrative skill
•   A good communicator, diplomatic and confident
•   Excellent organizational skills and self-motivated
•   Ability to work in an efficient and effective manner
•   Good people skills, and ability to multi-task
•   IT proficient with experience in Shipping and Clearing
