Job Vacancy For Human Resource Manager



Responsibilities

•   Ensure company compliance with local employment laws and regulations
•   Provide adequate support in developing, updating and implemeting HR policies
•   In charge of full cycle recruitment, selection and on-boarding of new hires
•   Manage employee reacted issues e.g handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts
•   Analyze and modify the compensation and benefits package for staff whilst ensuring compliance with legal requirements
•   Ensure an effective and efficient management of staff records
•   Manage employee leave administration
•   Assist in the day to day management of the department

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or other related courses
•   A minimum of 2 - 3 years working experience in related field
•   Good communication and negotiation skills
•   Good computer skills
•   Knowledge in Labour laws
•   Candidates with hands-on HR experience will be highly considered
