Job Summary

•   Support the Senior Maintenance Engineer to coordinate the resources of the Development and Maintenance Unit to fulfill the University's goal;
•   Develop specifications for all construction projects;
•   Prepare annual capital construction/improvement plans for budgeting;
•   Co-ordinate capital construction activities;
•   Recommend policies and/or procedures and actions on issues that relate to construction projects;
•   Evaluate  potential  sites and/or conditions of existing  locations  for the purpose of determining all project needs and specifications; and
•   Perform any other functions as may be determined by Management.

Qualification Required & Experience

Applicant must possess any of the following qualifications:

•   MSc. Building Technology
•   MSc. Architectural Engineering
•   BSc. Architectural Engineering plus PgD in Architectural Engineering plus Membership of Ghana Institution of Architects (GIA).
