Our company is a fast expanding Oil Marketing Company (OMC) engaged in the resale/retailing of petroleum products in the downstream petroleum sector for the country. As part of our staff expansion program, we week to employ individuals with the required skills and experience for the following position:- Operations & HSE Officer

Job Description

•   To develop and implement the company's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management Systems and procedures in order to achieve corporate and legislative compliance
•   o supervise the maintenance and repairs of basic company assets (plant & equipment) to meet with required standards
•   To manage activities relating to company owned and third party bulk road vehicles - BRVs

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Applicant must have the minimum of a degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field of study from a recognised University or have a relevant Health & Safety Qualification or Equivalent
•   He/She must have a minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role
•   Knowledge and work experience in the downstream oil & gas industry will be an advantage
