A London based company is seeking high level sales professional to join our small Accra office. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling various Business and I.T services – so flexibility and great communication skills are a must, along with ability to think on your feet and make decisions.

The role will be a mixture of sales and marketing.

Duties include:

•   Sales prospecting – i.e. Develop, expand and generate new business opportunities.
•   using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies and members of the public
•   Face -to-Face Sales & Marketing Presentations
•   Support marketing activities, including trade shows, mailings, etc.
•   Calling contacts from internal and external lists to promote our Business / I.T services & Training
•   Maintaining a high call rate, and conversion rate from these calls.
•   Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually.
•   Customer relationship management
•   Prepare proposals for clients and maintain well-organised records.
•   Perform general office duties, Invoicing & Book keeping
•   Prepare and submit daily report to the management.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Applicants must have similar direct sales experience in selling Business services and I.T services, be very comfortable when dealing with senior level business executives.
•   The role involves making outbound calls to generate your own leads and opportunities to create, build and maintain new business relationships that lead ultimately to sales in a B2B environment.
•   Use of Social Media, Internet and Telephone to (1)Promote the companies products / services; (2)Market and sell the companies products / services (3) Win businesses for the company.
•   You must possess excellent Communication Skills; written and orally.
•   Should have solid negotiation skills.
