A Non – Bank Financial Services Company has vacancies for highly motivated individuals with high integrity and a passion to succeed for hiring as Administration Officer

Purpose of the Job

•   To ensure availability and efficient management of company facilities
•   Manage company events.

Key Accountabilities

•   Plan and execute effectively, all Company events
•   Effectively handle all travel arrangements  within the company
•   Ensure availability of water, power supply, payment of bills etc.
•   Effectively manage the Company store by monitoring and allocating all requests from the various departments/branches
•   Ensure that all stocks allocated are documented and entered into stock management software
•   Conduct monthly stock count / taking for reconciliation purposes
•   Ensure that Household purchases are promptly done and allocated to respective departments
•   Ensure effective cleaning & maintenance of offices, compounds, lawns etc.
•   Oversee  the physical Security of Offices,  Staff and all other company properties
•   Ensure strict adherence to agreement made with Security Companies and advise renewal or change if required.
•   Ensure that entrance Control Procedures are strictly adhered to
•   Manage daily notices to all staff through E-Notice

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelors’ Degree Business Administration / Management, Estates Management, Land Economy, Humanities or its Equivalent

Knowledge and Experience

•   2 years’ experience in facilities management in a reputable business environment.
