A reputable organization in the health sector is seeking to recruit two(2) qualified persons for the under-mentioned position to operate and manage its restaurants in Accra and Koforidua.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must be a holder of HND Cookery 2 or Advanced Cookery 2 Certificate
•   Must be thirty (30) years or above with 3 - 5 years working experience. (Working experience with an established institution or organisation will be an additional advantage).
•   Ability to produce menus and new dishes and must have creativity and imagination for food presentation
•   Ability to work long hours including weekends and public holidays
•   Ability to work with minimum or without supervision
•   Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
•   Ability to handle over 100 clients at a time
•   Ability to adopt best practices in restaurant operation and management
•   Must possess good communication and organisational skills, good interpersonal relations and must be a team player
