A reputable research organization in Accra is expanding its business and ready to offer the following job opportunity:- Call Centre Executive

Role:

•   Provide overall coordination of Call Centre activities, to ensure operational excellence of Call Centre assignments and ensure that the company meets client expectation of professional project delivery

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of HND or a degree from a recognised tertiary institution in marketing, communications studies or related fields
•   3 - 5 years experience in related field of work
•   An additional certification in office practice or secretaryship & management will be an advantage
•   Ability to communicate in French is a plus
