Job Summary

World Vision Ghana (WVG) is looking for highly qualified, proactive, motivated and resourceful persons to fill the position of Human Resource Officers

Key Responsibilities

Include but not limited to the following;

•   Support the Regional Operations in handling and managing employee relation matters, behaviors and issues.
•   Provide interpretation & application of policies, procedures, terms and conditions of service, etc. to all employees.
•   Submit monthly, semi-annual and annual report within the Regions.
•   Collate learning and development needs within the Regions for incorporation into the annual learning & development operational plan.
•   Handles Performance Management of all staff in the Regions.
•   Support the implementation of Employee Engagement activities as per World Vision employee engagement survey.
•   Ensure effective implementation of Human Resource initiatives at both the Regional and Project levels.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management.
•   At least 3 years’ experience in Human Resource Position.

Critical Competencies

•   Must be a committed Christian, able to stand above denominational diversities.
•   Skills in working with people with diverse background.
•   Must possess people management skills
•   Communication, Persuasion And Interpersonal Skills
•   Analytical / Creative Thinking.
