Qualification Required & Experience

Qualification / Skills

•  City and Guilds of London Institute (Advance or Intermediate).
•  G.E.S Welding Craft Practice
•  National Vocational Training Institute (N.V.T.I)
•  A minimum of three years working experience
•  Experience in metal are welding and MIG (Metallic Inert Gas) welding.
•  Experience in oxygen / Acetylene gas welding and brazing of metals
•  Experience in cast iron, tube / ammonia pipe welding
•  Experience in "marine welding" (repairing of marine vessels) will be an added advantage
•  Applicants must be prepared to sail with a vessel.
