A rapidly growing manufacturing company located in Tema, comprising of kitchenware and roofing products subsidiaries, is looking for highly experienced and motivated people to Plan, Direct and Control the divisional activities.

Basic Responsibilities

•   Overseeing the work of the estimators of the company
•   Must be able to do extractions and calculate material quantities
•   Overseeing measurement taking, especially long distance jobs
•   Inspect and present report on projects undertaken by the company on weekly basis
•   Shall be in charge of training new estimators
•   Any other duty may be assigned

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must have an HND or degree in Building Technology
•   A minimum of five(5) years working experience in the roofing industry, including a supervisory role
•   Must be computer literate
•   A professional degree in Marketing will be an added advantage

Requirement

•   Ability to plan, prioritize work effectively, be responsive to schedules and work well under pressure
•   Must be proactive and be willing to take initiative
•   Ability to work with and lead teams
•   Must have verifiable references

Age Requirement

•   Must be 35 years or above
