Job Vacancy For Finance and Administration Officer At Sochibga Medlab
A private medical laboratory located at Madina New Road, Accra, is currently looking for suitable candidates to fill the following vacancy: Finance and Administration Officer
Job Summary
• Keeping financial and administrative records of the laboratory
• Tracking petty cash, keeping appropriate records and maintaining reconciliations
• Prepare and submit periodic financial reports to management
• Manage all correspondence related to administration and finance
• Control stock of general office supplies
• Serves as the first port of call for clients
• Respond to clients quires in person, via the phone or email
• Perform general administrative duties as directed by management
• Supervise other support staff
Qualification Required & Experience
• Must possess HND Secretaryship and Management or HND Accountancy or BSc. Administration from a recognized institution
• Must possess excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Must possess excellent computer skills including WORD, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledgeable of the internet, web-functionality and social media
• Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to respond tactfully and appropriately to enquiries from clients
