We are a reputable Equity Investment Firm currently into Finance, Hospitality, Logistics, Real Estates, Property Management, Security Services and Trade.

We are seeking to find suitable persons with an excellent track record for the following position within the Group

•   Job Title:  Team Lead- Compliance
•   Department:  Audit & Compliance
•   Reports Directly:  CEO

Duties & Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities associated with this position will include:

•   Conducting internal audits across a group of companies within the various SBUs.
•   Providing strategic direction, monitoring, management and execution of the audit programme.
•   Providing specific processes to support the implementation of the audit plan
•   Monitoring compliance, preparing and presenting audit findings and recommendations to the Group management on a monthly basis
•   Providing assurance of compliance with statutory requirements in accordance with group policies, procedures and industry.
•   Sharing generally accepted best practices with different SBUs within the Group.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance, and a Member of a recognized Accounting Body e.g. :( ACCA, CA, CPA)
•   Minimum of Five (5) years of Office work experience at strategic management level with similar or related International Company.
•   Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint mandatory)

•   Seasoned business judgment and superior analytical abilities, particularly in strategic business and financial audit analyses.
•   Personality and confidence to deal with the financial community.
•   Strong administrative and people management skills.
•   Must be able to plan, prioritize and pay attention to details.
•   Must have ability to deliver on time lines.
