A reputable Rural Bank in the Ashanti Region is seeking qualified personnel for the following key position:- Head of Credit

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First degree with not less than five(5) years banking experience
•   MBA in Finance/Microfinance/Marketing with three(3) years Banking experience in a senior management position
•   Professional qualification in ACIB or microfinance will be an added advantage

Requirements

•   Develop, implement and maintain credit policy, approval processes and monitor all credit activities
•   Reviews and monitor credit data
•   Manage the collection, recovery and litigation processes to optimise cost effective recovery of overdue credits
•   Ensure accuracy of loan appraisals by credit policy, approval processes and monitor all credit activities
•   Ensure that all eligility requirements regarding loans applications are met before loan disbursements in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures
•   Monitor portfolio review activities to ensure maintenance of quality loan portfolio
•   Must have conversant with BOG prudential returns
