A Non – Bank Financial Services Company has vacancies for highly motivated individuals with high integrity and a passion to succeed for hiring as Mobile Banking Services Manager

Purpose of the Job

Responsible for the overall management of mobile products and services from:-

•   The conception and launch of new mobile banking products and services
•   Marketing, sales and performance of mobile banking products and services
•   The improvement of existing mobile banking products and services

Key Accountabilities

•   Work closely with the IT Department, vendors and other 3rd parties to develop existing and new mobile banking products and services to create maximum value for the company
•   Prepare and coordinate technical requirements documentation and delivery with all related departments
•   Perform testing ( User Acceptance Testing) in order to ensure product quality, design and usability standards
•   Validate the updates and changes to the platform before and after the changes are published externally
•   Meet sales targets related to mobile banking products and services
•   Prepare and analyse performance reports, evaluate user behaviour, market conditions and competitors and taking action to promote mobile banking products and services
•   Develop a marketing plan for the promotion of mobile banking products and services
•   Evaluate the impact of marketing actions and recommend improvements
•   Work closely with Compliance, Audit and Risk  Departments to ensure standards for mobile banking products and services are consistent with current regulatory guidelines
•   Ensure that effective controls are implemented to mitigate risk related mobile products and services

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of First Degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, or MIS plus relevant professional qualification , ie, PMP.
•   Operational knowledge of financial services. An MBA will be an added advantage.

Knowledge and Experience

•   Minimum of five (5) years’ experience three (3) of which must have been in operations in mobile banking services and / or ATM cards at the supervisory level.
•   A good understanding of the micro finance environment will be a plus.

•   Strategic perspective and excellent computer skills
