Purpose of the Job

To pay and receive cash and other cash transactions across the counter

Key Accountabilities:

•   Pay and receive cash and other cash transactions across the counter
•   To do cash and other cash transaction reconciliation
•   Attend to customer inquiries across the counter
•   Carry out general reception and customer care duties

Qualification Required & Experience

•   HND or its equivalents. A Bachelors’ Degree in any business related field will be an added advantage

Knowledge and Experience
•   One (1) years’ experience in any busy financial institution in a similar or same capacity will be an advantage

Competencies Required (Skills & Abilities)

To perform this function to the expected level, you will be required to demonstrate the following competencies:

•   Good knowledge of the requirements of the Banking Act
•   Must be details oriented and have strong analytical and monitoring skills
•   Results oriented
•   Customer service orientation and commercial awareness
•   Must be computer literate.
