JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Digital Manager, the holder will assist in the management, development and implementation of all Tigo online marketing and social campaigns. The core of the role will involve assisting the Digital manager and agencies to develop online communication assets and digital media brand plans.

Key Responsibilities

General:

•   Implement the defined online marketing roadmap together with the digital agency and brand teams
Advertising:
•   Work together with brands team and digital agency to implement social content calendar, web/mobile own properties communication
•   Coordinate social media work stream with all internal stakeholders (brand, customer operations, internal com)
•   Support digital manager in developing briefs and coordinating the development of online campaigns for highlight and tactical campaigns
•   Interpret the feedback from social media conversations and converts them into action plan
•   Track and report performance of online advertising together with digital agency
•   Assist internal communication in community management best practices

Qualification Required & Experience

•   University degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Economics or social sciences
•   3+ years relevant post National Service working experience in Telecoms/FMCG and/ or Advertising agency;
•   Prior  experience in online media campaign development and online media buying;
