Job Summary

•   A reputable organization in the IT industry in seeking to recruit a Social Media & Online Marketing Executive. The candidate will be based in Accra and will be responsible for, but not limited to social and online marketing channels.

Responsibility

You will be responsible for:

•   Researching, creating, implementing, and measuring engaging social media strategies and campaigns to meet the digital marketing objectives of the business
•   Designing graphics and creating all other content for social media and online marketing channels of the business
•   Copy-writing, posting and managing posts on the above-mentioned channels to a daily and frequent basis
•   Respond to comments, queries and all other forms of customer responses on all social media channels, practicing due diligence at all times
•   Creating, posting and managing payment of advertisements on all social media and online channels
•   Tracking performance of campaigns on social media
•   Submitting monthly performance reports
•   Driving massive interest and increase brand affinity on all social media channels on a daily basis
•   Driving online traffic with web-related campaigns
•   Developing a highly cost-effective approach to paid social and online media that gives the widest reach and highest frequency of customer engagements.
•   Observing with keen interest new developments in social media and online channels and advise the team on new adaptations
•   Support the creation and delivery of press releases, advertisement and other marketing materials
•   Assist the Marketing Manager with other marketing activities of the company

Qualification Required & Experience

To qualify, you must have:

•   At least a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Communication Design, Computer Graphics or related field
•   1 - 2 years design or social media experience. But fresh graduates can also apply.
•   General knowledge of HTML, SEO and other online optimization techniques
•   Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks and Flash Player
•   General knowledge of marketing and customer engagements
•   Effective communication skills at all levels
•   Strong analytical skills
•   Effective organization skills at all levels
•   Effective organizational skills and be detail oriented
•   Ability to produce quality content quickly to meet tight deadlines
•   Ability to work with little or no supervision
