Job Vacancy For Sales Representative At Orange Group
Purpose
To create new channel outlets for the company’s brand that will drive profitability; as well as manage the commercial activities that will drive visibility and growth of the company’s brands.
Job Summary
• To drive the achievement of volume and market share target for the territory.
• To maintain regular performance reviews with wholesalers and distributors focusing on growth against target.
• To ensure the daily movement of sales with the excellent execution of promotional activities.
• Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and the lowest rate of customer defection without sacrificing profitability.
• To periodically review knowledge on the company’s brand sand their specifications.
• To provide trend reports on the territory and customer.
• To ensure the periodic top-down coaching activities on new sales strategies.
• Timely provision of accurate reports for planning and decision making
Qualification Required & Experience
• Required: Bachelor’s Degree (Or Higher Education Equivalent)
• Preferred: Masters in Business Administration
Professional Background
• Minimum five (3) years of experience in selling an FMCG brand
• English Proficiency and Knowledge in Microsoft Office
