Our client, a reputable company in the food processing industry is looking for suitable candidates to fill the position of:- Manager, Fish Meal Plant

Key Duties

•   Monitoring Fish-meal plant operation lines and controlling the process to ensure optimum utilization
•   Performing moisture analysis tests on Fishmeal and report findings and survey amount of raw materials in silos to confirm correct flow into plant
•   Plan the weekly shifts, according to raw material supply and production standards
•   Ordering of all required resources for the fishmeal plant e.g. packaging materials
•   Ensuring that all standard operating procedures are followed and all record sheets with regards to fishmeal production are correctly maintained
•   Managing all environmental, health and safety issues and quality issues responsible, are in line with company policy and operations and in accordance with government permit regulations

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good first degree in Biological Science, Engineering, Environmental Science and or related field
•   A Minimum of 5 years progressive experience and 2 years minimum managerial skills
•   Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
•   Honest, reliable, results-oriented, tact and good discretion in dealing with various parties.
