As Chief Executive Officer of the National Bureau:

•   The job entails formulating, planning, executing and coordinating policies of the Brown Card Insurance Scheme in Ghana.
•   Act as Secretary to the Board of Directors of the Ghana National Bureau and shall be responsible to the Board in the performance of its duties.
•   Coordinate the activities of the National Bureau and be responsible for day-today administration
•   Liaise with insurance companies in Ghana and others within the sub-region in matters relating to international third party motor insurance.
•   Forge and Maintain on behalf of the Ghana National Bureau, cordial and fruitful relationship with the Permanent Secretariat as well as other National Bureaux in the sub-region.
•   Liaise with both government and nongovernment agencies and institutions with a view to promoting the interests of the Brown Card Insurance Scheme.
•   Be able to adequately present the views, policies and programs of the Scheme.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A First Degree from a recognised educational institution with a minimum of ten (10) years post qualification experience in the insurance industry on a grade not tower than a Senior Manager  Or
•   A First Degree as specified above, plus ACII and a minimum of Five (5) years post qualification experience in the insurance industry on a grade not lower than a Senior Manager Or
•   ACII with a minimum of Twelve (12) years post qualification experience in the insurance industry on a grade not tower than a Senior Manager
•   Must be computer literate
•   A Post Graduate Degree, Knowledge in Law and/or working knowledge in French would be an Advantage
