Qualification Required & Experience

The Human Resources / Administrative Manager shall directly over see all aspects of Human resources management, including recruitment, hiring, retention and termination of employees, training and development of well-motivated workforce, appropriately matching staff and jobs to enhance productivity in support of the company's business strategy and goals, within the framework of the company's policies and labour laws of Ghana and other legal compliance.

Education

•  1st Degree in relevant field 2nd Degree will be advantageous
•  Member of HR or IR professional body.
